I purchased tickets, where are they?

  • Do not worry, you will not receive any physical tickets until the day of the event! Report to the check-in table upon arrival on May 2nd, and you will receive your admission wristband as well as any drink tickets you may have purchased.

I ordered a support shirt, where is it?

  • We are still waiting for the shirts to arrive, and we will notify you once they have been delivered to us. If you would like your shirt delivered before the day of the event, we can make sure you receive the shirt prior to May 2nd. If you would rather just pick up your shirt at the check in table that day, you are free to do that as well. It’s up to you!

Are tickets available at the door?

  • Tickets for the event are available at the door, but we are strongly encouraging people to reserve their tickets in advance. This will give us a better idea of how much food needs to be ordered, and will also make things run smoother and faster at the check-in table on the day of the event. Thank you!

Are children able to come?

  • This fundraiser is designed to be an adult-focused evening, and we’re hoping to keep the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable for everyone attending.

    We completely understand that childcare isn’t always possible—so if needed, children are welcome. We do ask that they are closely supervised throughout the event, as the space won’t be set up for children to move around freely.

    Children 5 and under are free, and all other attendees will be regular admission.

    We appreciate your understanding and help in keeping the environment fun and comfortable for all!

Is there parking on site?

  • Yes, Wild Eagle has a large parking lot with plenty of space for all of us!

Can we still participate in the raffles even if we cannot attend the event?
